Posted an electrical job on checkatrade to earth gas and water pipes. Furlong Bau Limited was the first to show an interest and very prompt to contact me to arrange a viewing and provide a quote. We were very pleased with their work - they worked efficiently, giving us advice and notice of what they were doing and cleared up afterwards. They were punctual to arrive and start the work and very respect and polite. They also provided all building certificates of work completed and would highly recommend. Thank you.

  Owner's reply

It was a pleasure working on your job and we’re glad you were happy with the result. We appreciate you choosing Furlong Bau Limited.

I had an ongoing problem with the floor of a balcony for some years which was leaking in to a hallway underneath it when it rained. I spoke to my house alarm man casually one day and he recommended Louis. After contacting Louis he promptly visited with his grandfather Pat and the job was expertly repaired within a few days and I haven’t had any problems in the area since. I would highly recommend this dynamic duo who were professional, clean and charming!

  Owner's reply

Thank you so much for your kind words, Stephney. We’re delighted Louis and Pat were able to repair your balcony quickly and cleanly and that the leak has stayed resolved. We really appreciate your recommendation and are glad their professionalism made a difference. If you need any help in the future, we’re always here for you.

Louis was recommended to me by the Security Firm I have been dealing with for years and I was not disappointed. From start to finish he was professional, straightforward and could not have been more helpful. I am extremely pleased with the job he did upgrading my wired-in fire alarm system, clearly explaining to me any choices I may have had on the way. Giving 5 stars was the obvious choice. Highly recommended. .

  Owner's reply

Thank you, Anthea. We're thrilled Louis lived up to the recommendation and that the wired-in fire alarm upgrade met your expectations. We appreciate you highlighting his professionalism and clear explanations, and are grateful for the five-star review and recommendation. Please reach out if we can assist with anything else in the future.
