  Josh was an excellent representative who explained the solar system and various options. We had 3 quotes and we chose Uk energi for the level of service. The installation went smoothly but was delayed due a late inverter delivery, Dan the ops manager communicated well and full install was complete a week later. Thanks to Manni and Ethan for starting the install and Dan for putting the finishing touches. The Sig energy battery and inverter system is working smoothly and the app is a great interface to watch the sun give us free energy ! Thanks again

  Having had solar installed by UK Energi I can thoroughly recommend them. From the first visit by Josh to the removal of the scaffolding post installation I have found everyone involved professional, courteous & knowledgeable too. Firstly Josh ran through all the options with me & priced the job up and it was obvious from the outset that he knew everything there is to know about solar & he answered all the questions with no hesitation. Once I had booked the job Jennifer kept we well informed of all dates & progress that was being made. The scaffolding company arrived as booked & were polite & quick with no issues at all. The 4 men on the installation day were OUTSTANDING. Manni, Jack, Ethan & Ryan were so polite, pleasant & confidence inspiring. A real pleasure to have them onsite and they worked so tirelessly on such a hot day too. A great team of installers who got a big job completed in one long day & cleared up everything afterwards too. From the start to the finish Uk Energi have been simply superb!

  We had a great experience from start to finish. A special mention for Tracy, who provided a very detailed quote and for keeping me updated throughout the process. Communication was excellent all round and I would very much recommend them for a solar installation.

  After deciding to explore solar panel installation, I contacted three companies. Only UK Energi replied, and I have not been disappointed at any stage of the process. Josh surveyed my home to assess its suitability and ran through the available options. He answered all questions clearly and knowledgeably. The installers (Manni, Michael, and Connor) were courteous, hardworking, and generally great guys who did a fantastic job. There were no issues at all. Jen was an amazing administrator who dealt with my queries efficiently. I cannot praise the Team enough. They communicated with each other incredibly well. The process from start to finish was straightforward. I would recommend them to anyone looking at the installation of Solar panels.

  Panels & battery system fitted 11th November& I can say this company is first class , totally professional from 1st discussion with Josh.Arranging install was straight forward and everything was done according to plan . Fitting team were 1st class and cleaned up any mess before installing the app on my phone and showing me everything I need to know. No hesitation in recommending Energi to anyone considering Solar

  After a few different quotes from other companies, we decided to go with a Sigenergy system from UKEnergi. From the initial consultation with Josh, to the commissioning and hand-over by the installation team, UKEnergi provided an extremely professional service. Josh was knowledgable and considerate to our requirements. The consultation/survey was informative and provided me with all the information I needed to make a decision. The support received from Jen remotely regarding installation dates and scaffolding arrangements (working around the repairs to the roof I needed to perform before installation) added peace of mind. The installation team were efficient, tidy and polite. Considerate installation to allow future expansion with all cabling neat and the property left immaculate. I would definitely consider recommending UKEnergi to friends and family in the future, and will more than likely use them again myself!
