  Phoned Mark yesterday about a faulty arching consumer unit, he said he could come out next day, fixed within the hour for a good price, his number is now in my contacts list for future work top bloke.

  Required and EV charger installing, I contacted Mark by email and he replied promptly, turned up when he said to do the survey. Provided a competitive quote, the installation is nice and tidy and again done on time as promised. Great communication, and easy to deal with from start to finish.

  Would 100% recommend Mark to anyone! ⭐️ We moved house and had a feeling we would need a full rewire due to having a very old consumer unit. Mark came within an hour after I contacted him and he assessed the house and confirmed it would be a full rewire. From start to finish he was professional, honest, kind and timely. As we moved out of the property while the rewire was being done Mark would keep me updated on the rewire and keep us informed throughout. Me and my husband can honestly say we are so impressed with everything Mark has done and we have now 30 years of certified electrics in our home! Thanks again Mark. 😁

  Within thirty minutes of contacting Mark, a van was parked outside my door complete with everything needed to assess the electrical problem at my home. After being asked what the symptoms were, Mark proficiently set about diagnosing the issue. I had lost all electrics at the sockets, oven not working and no hot water for shower. Lights were still working. With Mark's experience as an electrician he was able to competently find the cause of the problem and rectify it. I would highly recommend Hayes First Electrical.

  Mark did a great job fitting downlights and an electric heater on our stairs and landing. Explained what we needed and Mark carried out the work exactly to our requirements and at a reasonable rate. He arrived at the agreed times and was efficient, neat and tidy. Will definitely use again for electrical work.
