  I recently used Vicklen for some electrical work, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. Freddie was incredibly polite, helpful, and made the whole process feel easy and well‑organised. Jack, the electrician, arrived promptly and was just as polite and professional. He worked efficiently and explained everything clearly. It’s rare to find a team that combines genuine friendliness with such a positive, proactive attitude, but Vicklen absolutely delivered. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them and will definitely use them again in the future.

  Outstanding service, I’d give 10 stars if I could! After Octopus Energy failed to install our EV charger, we got quotes from 5 different suppliers. Freddy stood out from the start with his professionalism and clear communication. He showed up exactly on time and was able to source the specific 10m Hypervolt charger we needed. The installation took about 3.5 hours, and he was meticulous throughout - making sure everything was working perfectly before leaving. What impressed me most was the attention to detail. He even installed a cable tidy to keep the charging cable off the footpath. Excellent workmanship, fair pricing, and genuinely great customer service. Highly recommend Freddy for any EV charger installation!

  We had a bit of an electrical issue that needed prompt attention and Fred was able to get to us on Sunday morning which was amazing. He tackled the problem quickly and had even previously purchased the exact part that needed replacing. He checked our main fuse board to reassure my wife that all was working properly and was finished in around an hour. To say we were impressed with this young man is an understatement. He knows his stuff and has a very professional and pleasant manner about him. I couldn’t recommend him highly enough. Thank you Fred!

  Rarely do you come across a tradesman that is as good as Freddie. From start to finish he has been efficient, reliable, and super communicative (rare these days). Attention to detail and written quotation extremely professional. Nothing is no trouble. I wouldn't hesitate recommending him to family and friends. He has fitted, EV charger, re fitted lights, wired home security, and replaced our entire home with sockets and switches.
