Ellis Event Power Services really got us out of a bind following an unexpected power outage caused by National Grid works in the area. From the very first phone call, their response was outstanding. Understanding the urgency of the situation and the impact it was having on our business operations, they acted immediately and had a generator ready for us to collect within half an hour. Their speed of response and willingness to help at such short notice was genuinely impressive and made a stressful situation far more manageable. The generator initially allocated to us unfortunately developed a technical issue, however this was handled quickly, professionally, and with excellent communication throughout. Rather than leaving us without support, the team immediately arranged a replacement before collection, ensuring disruption to our business was kept to an absolute minimum. It was clear throughout that customer service and reliability were a top priority for them. In a situation that could easily have become far more difficult, Ellis Event Power Services provided reassurance, practical support, and a level of service that exceeded expectations. The professionalism, efficiency, and responsiveness shown by the entire team was first class from start to finish. We are extremely grateful for their help and would not hesitate to recommend Ellis Event Power Services to anyone in need of temporary power solutions or emergency support. A genuinely outstanding service.

I have used Ellis for a number of years, ranging from simple generator hire to a very complex building shut down where we took our embedded generator off line for an upgrade. Ellis supplied a back up set, ATS box and inter connector cables. Their tech support and kit is great. We are very lucky to have them on our doorstep.
