  Eriglen, with WLS, was fantastic today and genuinely went above and beyond. He was originally attending for what we believed to be an access-control issue with an automatic door, but he quickly and confidently diagnosed that the real problem was faulty electrical wiring. Not only did he clearly explain what was wrong, he resolved the issue efficiently and to a very high standard — well outside the original scope of the job. His problem-solving skills, technical knowledge and calm, professional manner were extremely reassuring. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend WLS. Exceptional service and a great example of someone who takes real pride in their work.

  We recently contracted WLS to enhance the security features at our nursery entrance, and we could not be happier with the entire experience. From start to finish, the team demonstrated an impressive level of professionalism. Steve, who did the site visit, handled all the paperwork and organised the work, was fantastic; extremely efficient, communicative, and meticulous about sticking to proposed deadlines and timelines. The engineers, Zack and Marek, were an absolute dream to work with. Despite the often-hectic nature of nursery drop offs and pick ups, they remained respectful, calm, and accommodating. They patiently answered all our questions, explained the process clearly, and walked us through how everything would work once the installation was complete. Sam, who oversaw the logistics of operation, also took the time to check in with us afterward to ensure we were satisfied and everything had gone smoothly. We highly recommend WLS to anyone considering similar work. It has been one of the best contractor experiences we have had, and we are grateful to the team for making this project stress free and successful. Thank you!

  WLS fitted a new gate at Surrey Quays Shopping Centre there team was brilliant finished the job on time with no problems and left the site clean and tidy

  The company responded very quickly to my request . The engineer diagnosed our intercom problem and was able to repair what we feared would require a whole new system, saving us substantial amount of time and money. Look no further than WLS for your intercom needs.

  Just had full burglar and fire alarm service and maintenance at home. Engineer arrived on time (to the minute). He changed every battery, tested every sensor and rearranged one sensor to ensure that it worked perfectly. All done within an hour. He also walked me through how to use the various different system modes. Very user friendly. Full marks.

  We contacted WLS for a quote to replace a worn out audio entry keypad. Not only was the WLS advisor Steven L friendly and quick to reply to our queries, but he also came down to our office free of charge to check our set-up to make sure that he could provide an accurate quotation. No other supplier we contacted offered this level of customer service, and I was very impressed!
