  Zero professionalism. It is the second time they cancel my viewings saying an offer has already been made and accepted even without knowing if I would make a better offer on the houses. If you are a seller, please think twice before getting in business with these people.

As discussed when we spoke, our responsibility is to act in the best interests of our clients when selling their property. On this occasion, the seller received an offer that they felt was too good to refuse and therefore decided to accept it and cancel any further viewings. We completely understand how frustrating and disappointing this must have been for you, particularly as we know you are in a strong position to proceed with a purchase. Unfortunately, once a seller has made that decision, we are simply left with the difficult task of informing any remaining applicants. We genuinely appreciate your interest in the property and would very much welcome the opportunity to help you find a suitable home in the future.   We had to sell two properties in sad circumstances, Sparks made to process extremely easy. They really care about their customers and keep you updated at every stage. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble and the personal service is second to none. If you are buying or selling in Chandlers Ford and the surrounding areas there is only one Estate Agent to choose.   It’s been a while since moving house and Estate Agents have seemed to introduce a new employee to chase and keep on top of the chain. Lucie Appleton was looking after us and gave us a weekly update of how the move was progressing and what the blockages were. She was very helpful and gave us a very good service and was clear in her communication. She definitely made the process easier and made me feel that all was being done to get this over the line. Thank you Lucie 5 stars !

  Very pleased with the service we received from Sparks Ellison. Frazier was great at the beginning when putting our ex-rental up for sale, and Lucie was great to finish it. Reasonable fees, no long tie in contract, online portal. I actually wish we had used Sparks Ellison instead of Charters when we were letting the property. Independents are so much better than chain companies. Have recommended to friends.
