  Exceptional engagement from start to finish. Kevin called over and went around the house and we discussed what was required for each installation. I was a little ignorant of the tech, and Kevin calmly answered my questions. I like to be involved and this was really appreciated. When we received the quote, the radiators were price matched, the quote clearly broke down labour and parts, and detailed work to be carried out. On the day the guys turned up on time and put in a good 10 hour day to get finished, making sure they left the house tidy. The team also went the extra mile to ensure new cabling was hidden by chasing and filling a channel in one wall, this was unexpected, but picked up within price!!! We had issues with two new radiators, and were able to work together to find a manufacturer recall, this was done swiftly and Dimplex booked an engineer visit within a 10 day period. All now done. Mum is very happy and warm. I would not hesitate to use you again. Thankyou !!

  Fantastic. After many a false promise from another electrician I asked my local friends for their recommendation and was given KGHs number. An appointment was made for a week later and he turned up as promised at 8am. Job done very quickly and he even kindly did an extra socket repair while he was here. Very impressed would definitely use again.
