  DO NOT RECOMMEND !!!! Awful experience start to finish, employees over the phone are really unprofessional and unpleasant to speak to. Takes months to sort a small issue out, feels like you’re talking to a brick wall. No professionalism what so ever. They’d be better off replacing their staff over the phone with AI.

  Overall very happy. Issue with getting export MPAN so can be paid for our solar power. Not sure what is causing the delay but as we have a smart meter Octopus have siad payments will be back dated.
