  Called them in for a very questionable issue. Had 2 other electricians take a look with no resolution. They did show up outside their window, but I did receive a call letting me know they were just behind schedule. Corrected my issue in 45 mins. Definitely recommend.

  If I could award zero stars, I would! Time wasted, money lost, unnecessary stress. Not recommended. I asked Martyn to find problems, fix them, and give me a good ECIR report /certificate minor reper - he failed. He promised to send a certificate after payment, and 3 weeks issued an overly picky "unsatisfactory" report with issues what he fixed! He overcharged me, asked for more days to work £800/day! and asked for full cash payment. Never come back to fix " issues" I gave him a chance… I had to hire another qualified electrician, who quickly fixed the issues and gave me the certificate.

  I recently had Cobalt Electrical complete a full re-wire on my 1930s Victorian house, which came with plenty of faults and complex electrical issues. From the very beginning, the experience was outstanding. Martyn came over to provide the quote and arrived right on time. What I expected to be a daunting job didn’t faze him at all—his confidence and professionalism immediately put me at ease. He was able to start the project promptly and worked seamlessly around other trades on site. Throughout the entire process, Martyn kept me updated on progress, and his communication was fantastic. The quality of workmanship was genuinely impressive; the wiring during both first and second fix was incredibly neat, organised, and tidy—far better than I’ve seen from other electricians. The team was always punctual, respectful, clean, and tidy, which made the whole experience even smoother.
