  Disappointing electrical service. The electrical problem was not properly diagnosed or resolved, and the issue continued after the visit. I expected a more professional and reliable solution.

  We’re very sorry the electrical problem wasn’t properly diagnosed or resolved and understand how frustrating that must be. This is not the level of service we aim to provide. We will investigate and arrange a priority reinspection at no extra charge with a senior technician to correct the issue.   Bought a ceramic hub from them, installation included. Competitive price and the installation engineer has done the work nicely and explained how to use the touch controls.
