  We used Bradley Electrical to install a new fuse box, a new line for a oven and hob, and installation of four wall lights. The quote we received was slightly higher that the 2 others we had but they seemed very professional so we decided to go with them. The new line into the kitchen was never covered with trunking, which we were told it would be. So we currently have a large cable coming out of our kitchen ceiling which is visible. The two sockets were placed too close to each other which led to them being unusable. We had to arrange for these to be adjusted so there was a gap. The new earth into the downstairs toilet cold water pipe was installed, but there was no cleaning of the mess made. The floor was covered and just left without saying anything. We raised this with the firm who told us they would contact us before invoicing us. They never did and continued to invoice as normal. We paid and marked this down as someone not to use again. After the works were completed we noticed a noise coming from two of the four wall lights. They were making sparking noises. We called Bradley Electrical as they installed them. We were concerned about a potential fire hazard. After two hours of waiting for a call back I decided to source an electrician from another firm. I wouldn’t recommend Bradley Electrical.

  I call at shop as I had no power at home, bought fuses, spoke to Collin he suggested I reset RCD, he told me how to do this, it worked thank you Collin, saved me a lot more of money. Dian
