  I recently had Swan Electrical install my EV charger and I couldn’t be more impressed with the service. From the outset, the work was carried out to a really high standard - professional, diligent, and great value. Everything was explained clearly and the installation was neat and well thought through. What really stood out, though, was the aftercare. A couple of weeks later I had an issue with the system and texted Tom, only to find out he was overseas on holiday. Despite that, he answered and a couple of days later came straight from the airport to my house and fixed the problem without hesitation. That level of commitment and customer service is rare, and hugely appreciated. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Swan Electrical - an excellent job all round.

  We can’t thank Tom from Swann Electrical enough for stepping in and saving the day at Dolly’s Vintage Tearooms, Gosport. Just one day before our coffee machine was due to be installed — with our grand opening only days away — our original electrician let us down. It felt like a disaster waiting to happen. Then Tom came to our rescue. He arrived at short notice, calm, professional, and ready to help. Within no time, he had assessed the situation, sorted the correct voltage connection for the coffee machine, and made sure everything was safe and ready to go. His efficiency and expertise turned what could have been a huge setback into a problem solved. What really stood out was Tom’s attitude — no fuss, no hesitation, just a genuine willingness to help when we needed it most. His reliability and kindness made such a difference at a really stressful moment. Because of Tom, our coffee machine was up and running on time, and our grand opening went ahead without a hitch. Thank you, Tom, for going above and beyond and for being someone we could truly count on. You stepped in when we needed you most, and we’re so grateful for your help.

  Appalling company!! On two occasions now they just haven’t turned up to do the job! No message or anything to tell me they weren’t coming we were just left hanging! Avoid if you don’t want to be waiting around for no reason!!! Speaks volumes about there work tbh!! Very unreliable!!!

  Used Swann Electrical to install an EV charger and run power up to my garage which was over 50m from my house. Work was completed quickly and professionally. Would definitely recommend.

  Full rewire done of property during a renovation. Tom and his team done a good job for a good price and sorted any issues out when asked and worked with other trades to get job done. Will use again.
