Booked LiveWire for a fault that kept tripping the kitchen circuit. Their engineer broke the ring down, tested insulation resistance, and eventually found the problem inside a hidden junction box behind the units. He replaced it with a proper maintenance free box, rewired everything cleanly and retested the whole circuit. The tripping has stopped completely. Very methodical approach
