  Consumer unit failed and knocked out all bar one socket. Mark tested the unit, had a replacement RCD switch in the van, checked the circuit to be sure fault wasn't down to any appliance plugged in (he thought the particular model of consumer unit was faulty, several having had same fault recently) and assessed if further work was necessary, due to age of house - helpfully saying that it wasn't!

  Mark has just finished doing some electrical repairs and checks at my daughter's first home - the work was first class, no mess left, communications were excellent and he was very reasonably priced. Definitely recommended and would use again.

  Very pleased with MRP's very fast response yesterday to an out of hours weekend emergency call to my home to fix a potentially dangerous electrical installation problem, Mark was methodical, professional and fixed the problem in no time, we can throughly recommend his company, fast, friendly and efficient service (apologies to his wife for phoning him just as his tea was being served)

  I called Mark on Xmas eve as we had an electrical fault at a rental property in Plymouth. When no one else was available, and despite it being out of his area, he agreed to attend within a few hours, and was able to make the necessary repair. I would highly recommend him.
