I'm a housing association tenant and I've had my fair share of problems over the years, but now we're with TMBrowne, Sharon has overseen jobs for me and made the whole experience so much easier.   Great company - excellent communications, really good people who fix things well, come on time, are polite and helpful, clean up afterwards! My most recent job was replacement of a loo waste pipe and a tap, and both were done perfectly, in spite of tricky space, rusty screws, etc. Patient, friendly man who left the place spotless. Highly recommended!

  We recently had a new wetroom floor replaced and it turned out to be a much bigger hob than originally expected. The workmen who did the job were amazing and very efficient and ensured that we were not compromised by not having a toilet for 4 days. All in all a very good job done by professional and friendly workmen. Very happy with the results.

  This company came to me I can not rate them highly enough ,how refreshing find men that actually enjoy working these Guys ,Neil Martin and Steve his Pal not only worked professional standard , coped well with my needs as elderly lady with Multiple sclerosis my husband Alzheimer they made such difference to my life . I had cope flooding 2 years many companies Failed .Thank you all who you should be really proud work you completed so well the company should be proud have you.

  My kitchen floor failed, ie the screed (thanks housing association), we have got next level flooring in to replace it, wow, what a team, cant thank them enough for their professional manor, great company at its best, both teams are very polite and keep us in the loop, TM Brown also is the best company we have had in to do repairs, always ringing us to keep us up to date, 💯 company that know what they are talking about, thank you TM Brown and Next Level Flooring.

  I was extremely impressed with the tradesman that T M Browne sent to our property to carry out work in our wet room. Ellis was everything I would expect from a quality tradesman would be. He was respectful and confident in the work he was going to carry out. He was not phased by the work and fully explained to us what he was going to do. He prepared the area he was going to work in so he would minimise the mess and at the end left our wet room clean and you wouldn't know that work had been carried out. The job was completed with skill and was not rushed, he took the time to make sure we would be satisfied, and we were. Altogether a very professional job carried out by a quality young man, thank you Browne's for sending Ellis, a great advert for your business. Thank you
