emergency water leak, of the 3 plumbers i called they were the only ones that could attend, but I think I lucked out. It seemingly was a mixer tap leak in the shower that had leaked though the cavity in the wall down into the living room ceiling. They attended about an hour and a half after i first contacted them. It was quickly diagnosed and fixed within the first hour, and all in all I was very happy with the service and would not hesitate to use again.

I can't recommend JDNA enough, excellent time keeping and professional. On initial check up, they noticed my boiler wasn't safe, basically, someone done a bodge job previously. It was ridiculous how the old boiler was set up. Had a full boiler replacement, new pipe work fitted, new flue, new heating filter, scale reducer, condenser pipe. They drained all the systems and taken all the rubbish out. Left the area neat and tidy. From start to finish they were clear in what they were going to do and how. On the day it didn't go as planned, but they quickly suggested a new outcome. Basically needed to put the new boiler in a new place to which they didn't charge extra. It was complete in one day. Thank you again JDNA, I will be sure to use your services in the future.

  Owner's reply

Thank you, Evaldas, for the 5-star review. We are glad you found our team professional and on time. Safety always comes first, so we appreciate you mentioning that we identified the unsafe boiler setup during the initial check up and explained everything clearly. Happy to hear the boiler replacement, new pipework, flue, filter, scale reducer, condenser pipe, and full system clean were completed in one day and the area was left neat and tidy. Even when plans changed, we are pleased we could relocate the new boiler at no extra cost. Thanks again for choosing JDNA. We look forward to helping you again.

I recently started refurbishing my living room, but right in the middle of the wall there was an old boiler thermostat that really didn’t look good. I decided to upgrade to a portable thermostat to improve the overall look of the room. After searching through Facebook groups in Peterborough, I found JDNA LTD. I checked their Google reviews — all 5 stars — and decided to give them a call. That turned out to be a great decision! We initially agreed that an electrician would come in two days, but the very next day Aurimas called to say he could come the same day. I was so happy! He arrived promptly, removed the old thermostat, and installed the new portable one quickly, neatly, and professionally. The difference it made to the room is amazing. A huge thank you to Aurimas from JDNA LTD for such an accurate and fantastic job. It’s great to have such a reliable and professional company here in Peterborough. I highly recommend them and will definitely use their services again in the future!

JDNTA LTD provided a very quick response and delivered a high-quality job. The price was good and fair for the work carried out. Aurimas was professional throughout, quickly identified the faults of my Combi boiler and resolved everything within a couple of hours. Preventive maintenance was also recommended, which shows good attention to long-term reliability. Efficient, reliable, and skilled service. Highly recommended.
