  RES Electrical Serv & Chimney's Services Ltd provided excellent service! We scheduled an inspection because we hadn't cleaned and swept our chimney properly in years. Our technician, Franklin, was thorough, amiable, and really competent. He noticed a musty smell throughout the service and used his knowledge of chimney odor troubleshooting to discover evidence of water incursion. When Franklin found cracked seals that probably contributed to the leak, he also repaired the chimney flashing. The chimney now smells and looks fantastic!   I found Richard online after another company did some work for me, and quoted £1000 to remedy a problem that didn’t exist. Richard was incredibly helpful, checked their work & found an error in their testing. He fixed the problem, was friendly, polite & informative, and charged a very good price.   Maybe they're good. Maybe they aren't. I sent a message and requested a call back through Trust A Trader and haven't had a response a week later. Was swayed by the good Trust A Trader reviews but will try elsewhere.
