  It was so refreshing to deal with someone so experienced and knowledgable in their field. Raphael did not waste time with meaningless platitudes. Straight, direct, impartial advice and the service was professional. A very thorough and detailed EICR, plus he was available to offer advice on the next steps. Would approach again.

  Booked Safe-Electric for an EICR and spoke with Raphael. Had a good experience, booked the job and it was completed the next day. Good communication as well, easily reachable via phone call with quick replies via email. After I received the report, Raphael explained to me the recommendations in layman's terms and answered all my questions. He also highlighted the top priority amongst them. Based on my experience, I would recommend Safe-Electric.

  We consider safety above everything else. We often get asked to drop our prices, to match the cowboys, the answer is alway NO, safety comes 1st, we will not put a customer into a dangerouse situation, but spend a lot of time putting right unsafe work that was done on the cheap.

  Safe electric was extremely helpful over the phone,had an electrical issue with my car but somehow got through to safe electric who advised he does not deal with auto electric but still managed to guide me through over the phone on changing the fuse.

  We called Safe Electric and he said as soon as they got back they would check their stock of cable and contact us which they did, he arrived promptly after telling us the cost upfront and carried out the replacement of the damaged cable, cleaned up and left it all working, we were very happy with his service and would recommend him to others. Very helpful and knowledgeable.
