  EV charger installation. I used Cromer Electrical in 2025 having previously used another company locally for electrical work. What I liked most was their ability to do exactly what I needed on the day and time specified with all the required compliance paperwork to follow… helpful, professional - hence I recommend! 👍

  This company don’t seem to know who is working in their name and have left me with no working boiler and lights hanging off my kitchen ceiling. They had promised to repair both, having themselves disconnected both. I have heard nothing from them since Wednesday despite chasing them several times. I feel they have fobbed me off and don’t care about customers. It is now Monday and they are still fobbing me off. It is no joke to have no boiler with no hot water and no heating when it is snowing outside.

  Great service. Faulty outside security light expertly sorted despite late call out at night with Coby fixing the wiring problem up a ladder in the dark. So very grateful to him.

  Will and his lovely apprentice (Apologies) didn't get his name. They were absolutely amazing....shoes off at front door (No need) ....I cannot praise them enough....mum is 85 and Darren ensured mums heating was sorted for her.....fabulous service and I will be contacting in the future.

  Totally professional. Liam turned up on time . Was very honest reliable on time …fortunately . It turned out to be a small problem. Hence his honesty . Thank you Liam I highly recommend Stern Electricians to anyone needing an electrician … totally reliable !
