Needed some urgent electrical work done, boiler issue leaving me with no heating. Louie came over same day, fixed it up for me and then fitted me in the following morning to install a new thermostat and 2 extra wall plugs. Brilliant service, price was good, will use again if needed!

This is the first time I’ve used Prolec. I would highly recommend due to their professional approach, on first contact by telephone they were quick to respond and fast to act, coming out very quickly within an hour, the friendly team member Will who was very knowledgable and resolved our issue ‘within the hour’. Very understanding of our needs and I will certainly be using them again in the future.
