  Today Mark fitted us with a Brand new baxi boiler, arrived early as agreed, he did a fantastic job! Really happy with the quality of the service and product! He walked me through all of the settings and functions. Thanks again cannot recommend Mark enough!

  I recently had a heating system installed by Heat-In, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the service I received. From start to finish, everything was handled professionally and efficiently. The engineer who carried out the installation was outstanding—friendly, approachable, and clearly very knowledgeable. They took the time to explain everything in a way that was easy to understand and made sure I was comfortable with how the system works before leaving. What really stood out was how respectful they were of my home. They worked neatly, kept everything tidy throughout the process, and made sure to clean up thoroughly once the job was complete. It’s clear they take pride not only in their work but also in how they treat their customers. Overall, a fantastic experience. I would highly recommend Heat-In to anyone looking for reliable, professional, and courteous heating services.

  Needed a replacement boiler as the old one was on its last legs. Also wanted it installing in a different location. The removal and installation went very smoothly. the engineer was polite and made every effort to cause as little disruption as possible during the whole process. Very happy with the result, would definitely recommend.
