Mark rewired my complete property, charged a fortune and at the time I thought he did a good job. It’s only when some of the spotlights, pendants and emergency lights failed and another electrician was brought in to remedy the situation that the true extent of his inadequate work was brought to my attention. The way he did his work made it impossible to even change some of the lightbulbs without calling an electrician which is ludicrous. The electrician who corrected a lot of his work just couldn’t understand why he did what he did!! I can see that you used to run another electrical company called Vulcan Services and several other dissolved companies - maybe you were running away from something……..Conning people isn’t on - just do the job professionally as you are being paid to do it.

Hi Richard, many thanks for your review. However I think you may have your companies mixed up. We haven’t done any rewires in the last 18 months. All of our rewires are covered by a 5 year insurance backed guarantee. The process for complaints is to advise us and allow is to manage the complaint, should this still remain unsatisfactory the complaint can then be raise with an external company who will manage any workman ship issues on our behalf . If you would like to call, I’d be more than happy to discuss the issue.

We had Mark and his team come and finish off some Building regs work after our previous builder went AWOL. Basically re route an extractor fan and understairs WC extractor fan. His team’s professionalism was evident from start to finish. Arrived on time, did the work with minimal fuss, cleaned up after themselves and kept me up to date with progress. I have no hesitation in giving Mark a call for my new home we’re due to move to, as it will undoubtedly need the same care and workmanship again. Thanks Mark and David.

Mark and his team were extremely personable, knowledgable, approachable and above all, professional from start to finish. The rewiring and installation of spotlights in the two sections of my newly fitted kitchen were of the highest order, along with the new set of outdoor lights that were installed in the back garden. For each element of work undertaken on my property, Mark provided me with several different and equally sensible options and calmly talked me through the pro’s and cons of each option, in a manner that a layman like myself was able to easily comprehend and make an informed decision off the back of his explanation. Made up with the finished article. Highly recommended.

The work, which was re-wiring of my property, was professionally done. Mark was honest enough to tell me the amount of work involved and how much it would cost. At the end, it was a money-well-spent. Highly recommended.
