  Came round at short notice and fitted an EV charger in the freezing cold. Also, fitted a smart thermostat on the same day as a last minute request. No problems. Both been in place for nearly 6 months now.

  Really bad interaction, contacted to discuss EV installation met with a hostile attitude clearly they didn't want to discuss the job with me or waste any time. I have test drove and am ready to buy my New Tesla EV and want to find out the costs to install on my house as my car park is at the back of the property, was told they wouldn't even " We certainly won’t even look at a property until the customer has 100% confirmed they’re actually buying an EV." Very bad attitude when I am trying to pay for a service from this company. I would have been more than happy to pay for any site surveys but to not even offer to help if I do not know I am 100% buying an EV car that I do not know can be charged at my home, then to argue that the attitude to a potential customer isnt bad is just bad in- itself.

  Hi Perri, you contacted us via WhatsApp stating “thinking about an electric car, do you offer a free survey?” We kindly explained, in the first instance we ask for photos, to check the suitability of your property with regard to having an EV charge point installed. If all is ok, we then offer a chargeable site survey and fill in the ENA application for you. We added at the end of the message, we only offer the chargeable call when the customer is 100% sure they are buying the EV, this is to save you from paying any unnecessary money, if you decide against buying the car. This is our standard practice and has served us great in the past. For reasons unbeknownst to us, you then decided to send us many rude messages complaining, to which we went at length to try and explain any misunderstanding, yet you still found it necessary to come onto here and try to ruin our 5 star reputation.   Excellent service, sorted a small electrical job I required doing. Came promptly very reasonable price. After a discussion around CCTV security, Simon gave me a price for a system. Fitted and working, no fuss and very tidy installation. Highly recommend

  Excellent experience today, called due to an alarm issue after being recommended by family. Was able to attend within the hour and sort out the issue and some tidying up for a reasonable rate. Really helpful and friendly to boot as well. Will not hesitate to use again.

  Absolutely brilliant service from start to finish. Really helpful advice before even arranging to do fit my ring doorbell. Arrived on time. Friendly and couldn’t do enough to help, even offered to vacuum the dust up after drilling. Very good value and charged what was quoted on the phone. Highly recommend and would definitely use again! I am very pleased
