I sat on the fence for 3 years before pulling the trigger in 2024 and it's the best decision I ever made. Started with 26 panels across two roofs and 16kWh of batteries. Everything worked exactly as promised, so I came back for another battery in 2025, then again in 2026. Two years in, energy bills have only gone one way UP, but NOW I'm paying zero. Completely energy independent. Not all installers are equal and don't choose on price alone. The real value and actual cost savings come from a job done well from start to finish, with people who stand behind their work long after installation day. That's exactly what SSU deliver. The system is right, the support is real, and they're busy for a reason. Worth every penny and worth the wait. Choose SSU. Full stop.

Really great company to deal with. Competitively priced and a top quality job, on our (somewhat complicated!) solar panel installations. Helpful advice throughout the process too. Highly recommended.

The company was great. Only took about 1 week from order to installation. Work was carried out efficiently. Had solar panels and battery installed. Everything worked fine. They cleaned and tidied up after the work. Also did follow up checks. Can't recommend the company highly enough.

I would highly recommend them. Amazing job! All fitted and supplied very efficiently and on time. When asked to add on an additional battery storage a week later, there was no issues from Aaron and Dan. Installed promptly, with great service.

Aaron, Dan, Kelly and the whole team at SSU were fantastic from quote to installation. Choosing a solar installer can be a little daunting - not just because of the wide variance of quotes, but for us also because we'd just had a new roof installed, so we were extra cautious to make sure nothing of the roof got damaged and for the cabling and install to be as neat as possible. Additionally, SSU were incredibly flexible, having to shift install dates a couple of times due to roofing works getting delayed by weather. Aaron took the time to really consider the best way to install everything in the neatest way possible, taking great care to do so. Dan did the same, installing the battery, inverter and gateway super neatly in our garage. As for the system itself, SSU were competitive on price and not pushy at all in terms of what products they suggested to meet our needs. In the end, we opted for a Sigenergy system with Tigo micro inverters and cloud connection on all the panels. We had panels on two arrays across both a flat roof and a pitched roof. Cannot praise SSU highly enough and would wholly recommend them to anyone looking to get a renewable system installed.

5* but deserved double that. Technical and gentlemen both of them (Dan & Aaron). Initially had 10 panels and 10 kWh battery but asked them to add another 9 panels and another 10 kWh battery. No non-sense and direct to the point. Highly recommended.
