  Sony Vaughan electrical are a great company to work with. They turn up when they say they are going to, they listen well to what you want. They explain any issues really clearly and they get the job done efficiently and well. I would very much recommend them.

  Sonny Vaughan Electrical responded to an urgent call re storage heater not working at our holiday home with guests due to come in shortly. They came very quickly, fixed the problem and sent a very reasonable invoice. We appreciated it and will use them again.

  Had Aidan from Sonny Vaughans out to fix what could have been a dangerous problem. Absolutely excellent service; came straight out and was knowledgeable as well as friendly and patient with our curious child. All fixed perfectly. Thanks so very much Aidan.

  Sonny recommended trickle fan and electric radiator, really pleased with how dry and warm our shower room is now, excellent idea. Other jobs done well to solve problems. Office supportive in advice Sion punctual, very communicative, polite and professional, tidy too. Would strongly recommend:)

  Prompt, painstaking and considerate, your operative rapidly assessed the electrical problem, which a previous tradesman had created by incorrect installation of a new bathroom heater, and then set everything up properly. All is now working perfectly. Excellent service!

  I've been having problems with an electric kiln for quite a while. Steve fitted some new parts which were needed but it still didn't fire. He patiently and thoroughly went through every part of the system and found a tiny crack in a safety cut off switch. Showed great care and dedication in solving the problem, much appreciated 👍

  Booked an inspection following a surveyor report. Great availability, turned up exactly when they said they would and gave good in-depth feedback as to what work needed doing. Would definitely recommend!

  I'm really grateful for the work done by Sonny Vaughan's electrician Adam at our hostel. There were many tasks: connecting to a new input supply cable, fitting a new consumer unit, providing extra lighting and power sockets, testing the installation, the fire alarm, emergency lighting, and portable appliances - all done to a high standard with no fuss. And he did most of the work in the aftermath of a storm which made travel to the hostel very difficult. Many thanks, looking forward to using you again.
