  Almost 5 star but Graham the sparky on the job telling gas plumber not to come do work. Because he thought we were watching his breaks! Bad to hear this from the plumber. As I am over working Belfast since Wednesday. Wasn't back on croft till Monday afternoon. On site Tuesday. Told be charged 7am till 7pm. So Monday when told finishing 5pm cause not stopped for lunch ect. Tues in house till 10.30am, say 2 lads testing house. Then leave cabins 5pm Tues when think gone and then go back when see keep parked house. Then pass them returning from shop 6.30pm when on way to community council meeting 7pm. Graham takes great offense when I message 7am Wed, Thurs morning asking how got on and what planning doing for the day! I don't understand that. Paying £68/hr for sparky and adult apprentice. Alot of money. Price job fine take as long as you want. But if charging per hr and those rates expect to be asked what you doing today. Once a day is not checking up. When in Belfast and job in Scotland how can you be checking breaks not even possible. So if I hadn't got call from plumber I would of given 5 stars. Job got done, arrived when said. Standard was fine as you would expect from qualified sparky registered with SELECT. professional whilst on site, tidy work, smart looking van. Polite. Just not sure if unprofessional or personal opinion when telling plumber was hassle, breaks were watched! Hard enough to get trades at the best of time. I would employ Begg electrical but not sure I would allow Graham back on my site. Quite simply if I am paying someone £40/hr getting charged 7am till 7pm. Then I will Ask at the Starr or end of day how did you get on what did you do or planning on doing today. And you can't tell me your doing today what you already told me you were doing yesterday! I will not employ someone who tries to put off other trades because doesn't like answering when asked what are you planning doing today. For me it's thousands of pounds I am paying for 2 sparkies for 5 days work. I need to know that the jobs will be done by end of day Friday. Or price for the work and do it in 2 days or 10 days. So I would recommend Begg electrical and Robbie. Fine to deal with, reliable. His standards are high. So for peace of mind you get a good job. You get what you pay for..turns up dies the job. Waiting on bill but call last night from gas plumber asking why he has been told think twice, breaks checked when been Belfast wed, Thurs, Fri. Monday wasn't there till 2pm! That has annoyed me, it's a pity.

  Cannot fault Robbie at all. Very knowledgeable and approachable. Had him and his lads in for our build and other works since. Highly recommend.

  Absolutely terrible customer experience and twas told go elsewhere and the phone set down on me. Would NEVER recommend
