  Having used Rix for out Rayburn oil boiler annual service, we engaged Rix to remove and replace our large heating oil tank. The Rix team, led by Pete onsite, did an amazing job, from quick quote, survey, guidance, careful emptying and removing the old tank, then professionally installing the new tank. Overall a great experience during what could have been a hard and disruptive piece of work. Thank you!!

  Had a new boiler fitted. Gave assistance in all aspects.Advised on correct size boiler for our home. Very happy with the installation.Polite,friendly.Explained the process.Carried out the work and cleaned up.All in a day. Would not fail to reccomend Rix to anyone looking for New boiler or heating system.Excellent support advice and aftercare. Exceptional value.

  Purchased a new boiler from them a year ago, excellent service and great value, had them carry out it's first service, they also replaced a radiator valve at the same time, at short notice, excellent service from there engineer Tony, Thanks to all the team, see you in a year.

  Phoenix replaced my boiler and did a great job. I’ve just had 2nd year service from Tony who was super helpful, making adjustments to the boiler cabinet to make further access easier.

  We’ve had ongoing issues with our shower for over two years now. Rix Gas Services have been the only company who were able to identify and fix the issue. The communication and professionalism were of the highest level from start to finish and made dealing with them a pleasure. I would have no hesitation using Rix Gas Services again, and can’t recommend them highly enough.

  Rix and their staff are all thoroughly recommended. There were one or two unexpected jobs to be included along the way but each was speedily and professionally carried out. Thank you so much. All the guys are to be recommended but if we could choose one for a "brownie point" it would be Tom for his skill in spotting what needed doing to resolve each of the hitches. Thankyou all.

  Excellent service from start to finish.Wanted a new boiler fitted phones Danny at Rix and he sorted everything .The boiler was fitted in a week by Mark no hassle ,no problem.Mark the fitter was a clean workman who showed us how to get the best performance out of our new boiler .Would not hesitate in recommending Rix to any of my friends ,they really take the stress out of buying a new boiler .5 star service from a 5 star company.
