Mark replaced our 2 consumer units one in the house and one in the garage due to occasional faults usually while we were away. Experienced, professional and while obviously very knowledgeable was equally a good communicator. His testing team were impressiviely quick and thorough given the size of the job. Overall he was tidy, courteous with good attention to detail. Highly recommend Mark and his team.

I called Mark very early in the morning, my EV charger was not working properly. Mark understood the impact this had on me and booked an engineer to come over, within 2 hours....amazing service. Jack attended my home, was courteous and truly professional. After inspecting the problem, Jack quickly explained my options and carried out his work to an exemplary standard. I couldn’t recommend MA Williams Electrical enough

Just had a car charger installed by M A Williams. The first class installation completed by Jack was simply amazing. They were both friendly professional and provided a very competitive quote. They went above and beyond to ensure our charger was installed to the highest standard exactly where we wanted it with all wires hidden to complete such a neat job. Don’t waste your time going anywhere else, just contact them, you won’t be disappointed. Highly recommended!
