  Definitely five star. If only more businesses in the UK were as sensible and hard-working as Barnes, the economy would be in much better shape. Martin - the guvnor - is hugely experienced and very civilised. If we have an oil tank project, Martin is the chap we contact.

  I called this company yesterday for advice and help re my old oil tank. I had been refused a delivery due to the condition of my tank. To my amazement the man agreed to visit my home and inspect my tank on the same day. When he came he reassured me regarding the need to replace my tank, and also managed to read the dodgy gauge on the tank for me. He gave me peace of mind, and sound advice moving forward with this problem. I cannot praise him enough, as a woman living alone, I have been so worried and stressed, as I know nothing about these things. He never even charged me a call out fee! I cannot believe the kindness he showed me. Thank u soo much, u are amazing!

  Had a suspected blockage between my tank and my boiler. Martin Barnes showed real professionalism and a genuine engineering problem solving approach to what was not a straightforward issue. Issue had been pushed from one service to another before I contacted Barnes Oil Tank Service. Martin was even prepared to revisit my property at the same time as a boiler engineer from another service to avoid the unsolved issue just being 'kicked down the road'. During this visit, Martin Barnes was able to solve the mystery, and the heating system is now fixed. Martin was exceptionally fair with his pricing. HIGHLY recommend.

  Excellent service from Barnes Oil Tank Services, from the day I made the initial contact through to the installation. Very professional and knowledgeable, providing advice on the best way forward. The installation was carried out in a short turnaround time and excellent quality. Highly recommended.

  Absolutely amazing company we had our double skinned oil tank supplied and fitted in 2011 which at the time was the best price around and it was delivered and fitted on time. Going forward to the end of February 2023 we managed to loose our oil cap! So on the off chance I contacted them to find out the size and make I would need to get to replace it. Well all I can say is WOW WOW WOW There is a replacement at no cost to us in the post to me now. Thank you so much amazing service👍💪❤️
