I went looking for something to remove rust on my enamel bath from a tin of shaving foam - two guys I spoke to were really helpful and found a product that has worked great! Old fashioned customer service - really appreciated. Well done guys!

Thank you to Elliot for trying very hard to put together my tall Zest Herb planter online, but It is of no use to me as it is, im disabled and the nails didnt have any pre driled holes as Elliot told me and they would not go in. The Unit itself looks ago but it needs an Expert to come out to my property and put together or else why sell something that no one can put together ???. Elliot was amazing and tried his hardest to put the nails but to no avail. I cannot do it I have arthritis in my hands , so now this unit is laid down against my hedge in my garden . Thank you in Store in Petersfield for being so helpful and patient, I will flag this up to Customers services online as i cannot use this unit like it is.

Thank you so much to the assistant who took my parcel today and arranged the return of it with such kindness. It is a long story but you’ll never know how much this meant to me.

Great shop for all those things you need but can't find in the supermarket/other high Street shops.

Because of a very rude (male, condescending and bullying) member of staff, I will avoid shopping here in future.

Got a very useful green garden rubbish bin yesterday that folds down when not in use. Very good value and reasonable. Always excellent service and lots of good offers.
