Lee came to do the works. Everything was done so cleverly and cleanly. Very impressed with the quality and the short amount of time he did everything.

Pullinger Associates are always extremely responsive and professional. The office team (Jess, Chris and Andy) are always helpful and positive. The electricians that are out and working (Alex, Ollie, Archie (da baby)) have great communication skills with both us in the office and the tenants / landlords they see on the job, great guys.

Very professional and thorough service from Pullinger Associates. The EICR inspection was carried out carefully and the report was detailed, clear, and easy to understand. Oliver took the time to explain the observations and recommendations properly, which was very helpful. Communication was excellent throughout the process and the report was provided promptly after the inspection. I also want to specifically mention Kris Seymour from the back office team — the way Kris managed the entire end-to-end process was fantastic. Everything was handled efficiently, professionally, and with great customer service from start to finish. I appreciated the honest advice regarding the remedial works and rental compliance requirements. Would definitely recommend for EICR and electrical inspection work.
