  Just a quick update on my below review left in November last year. Despite the lies that they are assisting us in sorting these chargers out, I have to date not yet had a reply from this company. I have gone to the Manufacturer to bypass them and according to Project EV, the charging points were not installed correctly. So use them at your own risk!

  This is incorrect information and the behaviour exhibited by this client to ourselves and other suppliers highlights this. We have installed 100s of chargers over the past 8 years, have supplied some of the UK's leading companies and this is the only negative rating, ever.

  We used Chargebase to install our EV charging points at the end of September. Four out of the five points were up and running two weeks ago, it is now the middle of November! We have had so many issues to get these points to work and very little support from Chargebase. The one charging point is still not working and I have had no response as to when they will be out to fix it! I would not recommend this company at all, we have had minimal support from them to get them working properly and I am quite frankly tired of being fobbed off. We have paid good money for what is now essentially wall decorations in our parking lot!

  Thank you for your response. As you are aware there is a technical issue with a charger which relates to the unit itself or the software and we require the support of the charger manufacturer and/or the software supplier to resolve this. We are working through a solution with both parties in a professional and structured way. Occasionally these issues can arise but none are related to our own installation work or the service we provided. Throughout all our installation work we have acted professionally and in a supportive manner and we are all disappointed by the feedback you have left but we will ensure that this issue is resolved, as we have done for all of our customers over the past 7 years.

  Chargebase Electrical planned and installed a home battery system for our house. The service on the phone was excellent, we were kept informed at all times during the planning and ordering process. The installation was performed cleanly and on time. Great service! Jan

  Just called them to ask about EV installation - they don't install in our area (southern Scotland) but wow, they were seriously helpful. Talked me through alternatives and operating systems and couldn't have been more helpful.

  My Wallbox EV charger was fitted by your technicians yesterday to my complete satisfaction and its all working perfectly. They did a very professional job, and were very pleasant, neat and tidy. Highly Recommended. A new Mini Consumer Unit had to be fitted under the stairs and then an armoured cable was run from there into the kitchen and under the kitchen units, out into the garden and down to the wall by the garage.

  Just called for some advice on how to start the process on having a charger installed, the person who I spoke to on the phone was so helpful and informative. Unfortunately I could not take things further with the company due to not covering my area, I did not realise until half way through the conversation! But thank you for your advice and help!

  Chargebase were a doddle to deal with, from first contact to following up on requests for information so they could plan the install, to booking the appointment and they have the team come for the install - it was totally first class. The fitter, Marcelo was excellent - didn't leave any mess and completed the job quickly, send the paperwork through in a timely fashion.
