If you are considering EV charger installation I would recommend Aurora EV 100%. From my initial enquiry with friendly, professional advice from Ben to the installation by Matt which was neat & tidy. My questions listened to by both with help as needed. I am confident should I need after care service they would be happy to help (nice people!). It has been a pleasure to deal with this company… Thanks!

Superb service from start to finish. Ben got an installation appointment scheduled really quickly and was super communicative. Our installer Matt was really friendly and talked us through how it all worked when it was set up. Great service all round.

How refreshing to find a business that lives up to its promises. Octopus quoted 4-6 weeks. They took 4days. Chris was an old fashioned properly trained engineer for whom nothing was too much trouble. The instal was not rushed and the result was therefore both aesthetically pleasing and robust.

We had an install with Aurora over a year ago and experienced problems connecting a new car to the charger today. Surprisingly, their team answered our request for help out of hours. Really happy this company is not just talk and no action and they got everything sorted. Highly recommended.

Really good business to deal with. Getting an estimate for my EV charger install was really quick and simple, just a few photos of the proposed install site. Ben's communication was always very quick and friendly. From my first inquiry to having the EV charger installed was less than a week. I would highly recommend.

Choosing the right EV home charger was turning into a nightmare - every review I read seemed to contradict all of the others. Thank goodness someone put me in contact with Ben at Aurora. He calmed me down and gave excellent advice about which one to choose. He responded to my WhatsApp messages immediately - some as late as at 10pm. He bent over backwards to get it installed at short notice and unlike the others did not require payment until the job was completed to my satisfaction. The guys that came to fit it were excellent. They arrived 15 minutes early and had the whole thing done from scratch in 75 minutes. They had other jobs to go to but didn't rush off, instead staying to make sure I was 100% happy. What a fantastic local company - they deserve every success.

I've just had my second EV charger installed by Aurora. My first installation at my previous home was flawless – no issues whatsoever – so returning to Aurora for my new house was an easy choice. I enquired on a Friday and they swiftly arranged a booking, with the installation completed the following Monday. A brilliant small business with very competitive prices – I’d happily recommend them to anyone! Thanks again @Aurora!
