  First class work ; thoroughly recommended. He set up a charger for a new hybrid plug in car then connected it to my mobile and arranged the charge to be at the lowest tariff. All works perfectly. He also came within a very few days knowing I needed the work completed quickly whilst my usual electrician could not come for weeks. I shall certainly use Richard for further work.

  Installed a car charger and bathroom extract fan for me. Richard has great attention to detail the wiring to the charger is wall mounted in the garage and it looks fantastic. He left the areas he worked in clean and tidy. Would recommend and would use again

  Did a positive review couple of days and now I have deleted that and posting this as it seems he blocked my calls and what’s app and not seeing my messenger or picking up my calls! Guy came as scheduled to fix a smart thermostat! First time came and gone and things didn’t work! Called in second time and he explained that he hadn’t saved the settings in thermostat the other day and said it’s working and gone and it didnt work!Called in the third time and Tenant asked them to set the hot water for one hour every day as it used to provide sufficient hot water until he fixed the thermostat! As per his “recommendation” turned the hot water on 24 hours as he explained that would work! It’s “ON” for the last three days and not a single drop of hot water still in this freezing cold! Richard, if you see this message, I kindly request to come and fix it ASAP or bring someone who knows how to fix it! I have already paid you for the service! It was working when we had to turn on manually until you install the new thermostat! You could have told me if you didn’t know how to set this up properly rather than leaving it to this position!

  Customer constantly refused to take advice that 1 hour of hot water a day will not provide bath water and general hot water for a full house. Then asked me to come back several times to make it work. Then asked me to put it back to an hour because it's cheaper and he likes cheaper. I actually returned 4 times for free and obviously enough was enough at that point. The cycle repeated The customer couldn't accept that more hot water costs more money and the phone calls became borderline harassment, expecting me to return visit daily. Obviously the customer was eventually blocked

  RJH (Rich) had to recently attend a call-out for us at our home in Leominster, he diagnosed the fault almost immediately showing his experience and attention to our issue. He made safe and notified that he’ll be back to fix the fault. A quick turnaround he was back fixed the fault and was clean and tidy in the process. His experience made this for us a breeze and when he walked through the door he was professional. He knew his job and any questions were answered! Couldn’t recommend him more!
