  Think they can take priority on a site. Stopped me from tipping a load of barley that would have taken me c.20 minutes to complete for a non urgent task, essentially valuing their time over mine. Was told it would take 15 minutes, which turned into 3.5 hours and counting!

  Very friendly and professional service. I brought in my Nissan Micra K12 for a full service and they turned it around very promptly with good communication throughout. It turns out my previous mechanic had cross-threaded the oil filter when installing it. Pencaitland Garage Services didn't charge extra or make a fuss about the extra time and effort it took to replace it and repair the damage. Very thorough and fair, kept me informed the whole way through.

  Fast, friendly and a great price! Had a broken electric window and Steve got this really fiddly job done with ease. Garage was welcoming and he explained everything clearly including an accurate estimate up front. 10/10 will go there for next MOT and service.
