  The charger is perfect and easy to use and knowing that help is only a message away if needed was a big factor for us. Great customer support and would recommend them to other people looking at getting a home ev charger.

  Fantastic company would highly recommend. We were given EV charger as part of our deal from dealership. Once Evacado received our details they were great. Kept us updated on everything Simon was very good and give us some good advice. Electrician they sent to install was very good. Would highly recommend if you are looking for EV charger.

  From the initial contact and call Emily was excellent and explained everything to me and made it easy to understand the process. Simon was fantastic also arranging instillation and following up afterwards to make sure I was happy. Overall very easy and very happy new customer would 100% recommend 👍

  Evacado EV Chargers. A BRILLIANT company. Quality products with FANTASTIC Customer Care and Aftersales. Forget yer 5 stars reviews, this is a 7+ star company.. Their Customer Service should be used as a Yardstick in businesses. Well Done Evacado.

  Simon was exceptional in helping me sort out my charging point . He was very proactive and always answered the phone when needed for any issues I had . I would highly recommend using Evacado.

  From start to finish Excellent Service. Enquired on the Friday it was installed the following Thursday. A1 customer service from Simon, the electrician he sent was also a nice friendly lad.

  The service experienced has been top notch. When contacting the company, I am responded to within minutes. I haven’t had many issues, mainly relating to things like power cuts and concerns outside of the control of the company, but all has been resolved within minutes of my reach out to them. Really impressed.
