  Helpful and supportive from start to finish. I didn't really know how this all worked but they guided me along every step of the way. Lauren was lovely but my main contact was Gill and she was an absolute diamond. I would find it hard to recommend anyone but Ryan James, estate agents can get a bad rep sometimes but it was definitely not the case here. 10 out of 10 from me. Thank you.

  Great service from start to finish of the home buying process. Kept up to date with everything that was happening. Very professional and honest service even set up a personal WhatsApp group for us so we could keep in touch. Gillian and Lauren were Excellent, a real credit to the company. Gillian even working out of hours to ensure the process was seamless for us. We highly recommend Ryan James.

  I bought a bungalow sold by RJEA and the girls Gill and Lauren were a dream to deal with in every way! Helpful and professional and also a calming when needed at this dramatic time of spending telephone numbers for a building. I always felt I was in good hands and with the caring professional attitude of the girls so I can recommend RJEA for all your buying and selling needs! I bought from 100 miles away so all was done by phone and email and it worked really well and I felt very comfortable. I had of course visited the bungalow with my surveyor before purchasing it :)

  These guys are the best! When Ryan came out he said we’ll sell this house quickly, I thought hmmm haven’t heard that before! Haha it went on the market on the Thursday and sold on the Saturday!!! That sale fell through unfortunately and it was marketed again and again in 2 days they had us another buyer, this sale went through today and we have moved into our forever home! I can’t thank Ryan Gill and Laura for all of their support and professionalism keeping me updated ever step of the way, superb !! Thank you soooo much!
