We have known Mr Silva for over 10 years now and we are very happy with the quality of his work. He has repaired our roof and periodically painted the walls outside. He has also decorated our TV and dinning room. He is very professional, he works with great care and has always done a fine job. We highly recommend him.

Thank you for your kind words, Mr. Alonzo. This is what always motivates us to improve and do better.

I recently hired RS Construction for a renovation project, and the experience exceeded every expectation. From the very first consultation, Rui and his team was professional, transparent, and genuinely invested in understanding what I wanted. They offered thoughtful suggestions, kept communication clear throughout the entire process, and delivered exactly what they promised — on time and within the budget. What really stood out was their reliability. They showed up when they said they would, responded quickly to questions, and handled unexpected challenges with calm confidence. I’m thrilled with the final result and already planning future projects with them. If you’re looking for a trustworthy, high‑quality construction or renovation team, Rui on RS Construction is the one to call.

I highly recommend Rui and Silvia! They are a great team that work to an incredibly high standard. I had the unfortunate experience of paying a lot of money for a carpenter that actually made my bedroom doors worse rather than better. But Rui was able to fix their mistake and fix many other items in my flat that other tradesmen lazily said were not possible. And Silvia is a very diligent painter, she will also make sure you don’t have any mess to deal with after the pair are finished with their work. If the world wasn’t so unsafe I would put my mobile number on here so you could confirm with me verbally that this firm is very high quality (because I know how it feels to hire a bad tradesman). They should have many more 5* reviews! First picture you can see my locksmith had not made sure the insert was level with the side of the door, second picture shows Rui fixed and painted this (just one good example of his work).

I recently had an extension built on my house, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the results. From start to finish, the builder was professional, reliable, and incredibly skilled. The quality of the work is outstanding — every detail was completed to the highest standard, and the final result has completely transformed my home. It's rare to find a tradesperson who combines such craftsmanship with excellent service. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for high-quality building work. Thank you again for a job exceptionally well done!

Super recomendo.
