  Dan from Bailey electrical re wired our whole garden drive and garage lighting , he was on his hands a knees most of the time over 3 days, digging, grinding, in any weather to get the job done. The lights looks great, he was tidy and very efficient and very hard working and great value.

  I had Bailey Electrical complete EICR via estate agent which highlighted remedial works required - all fair and genuine work needing doing. I was, however, charge £500 for an electrician to use less than £20 of parts and for the electricians total time of 60 minutes on site. No unsociable hours, no emergency / rush call out - just a simple case of opportunistic ripping off of a customer who they knew didn't have the time to challenge.

  Hi Mr Benyon. Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We did indeed complete the EICR and remedial works to your rental property through a letting agent which was unsuccessful on various items. This included a lack of continuity which required further investigation works. The quote we submitted was for the remedial works to be completed which totalled £291. The quote stated that investigation works was charged as labour only and minor repairs. If additional time or parts were required then an additional quote will be submitted. This quote was authorised by yourself. The works were completed and we were unable to complete any repairs to obtain a satisfactory certificate and additional parts were needed. A second quote was submitted for £204 which again you authorised and the repairs were completed. The total invoice for the works completed was £412.25+VAT, for X2 engineer visits, parts, certification. We are sorry you feel this way and that you think you have been over charged but you authorised the 2 quotes we submitted. From the initial quote to the completion of the works totalled roughly 6 weeks, plenty of time for you to obtain alternative quotes if you were not happy with what we provided.   We were looking for an electrician near Tarporley to fix some issues we were having and Dan came out the next day and got to the bottom of the problem straight away and fixed the issue. A great company and very professional. A trade that you can definitely trust! We've now got them doing some bigger electrical work at the house and will have them install an EV Charging point this year. Highly recommended!

  We use Dan at Bailey Electrical - Cheshire to complete electrical works on our portfolio of rental properties. He can be trusted to complete work to a high standard. He has had to sort out many issues that a previous electrician had caused to bring our properties in line with regulations. From the moment you call their office everything is dealt with promptly and efficiently. Great on price, turns up when he says he's going to and you know the job will be done neatly and everything left tidy.   I've used Dan at Bailey Electrical for a few jobs now. He did a complete re-wire on our house after we moved in and he was able to work round us still having to work from home throughout. He did a great job and came up with some good solutions for the unexpected problems that came up. We had him back to add electric and lighting to our recently constructed garage. The wiring all had to be on display and he did a brilliant job of adding the wiring in a neat and discreet way around the garage. His costs are reasonable and he can be relied on to turn up when he says he will. Can't recommend him enough and he'll be back at ours for more work soon ! Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend

  Dan has just done an amazing and competitively priced job drilling through deep beams to conceal cables. It was a really tricky job and his attitude and work ethic was utterly professional throughout. And he left the room tidy and completely sawdust free! I was hugely impressed and will definitely use him again. I can’t recommend him highly enough!
