I had nearly 25 m2 extension with a downstairs toilet and a new kitchen location as well. Elliott has been great since the beginning to the end. They were always on time in the morning 8am sharp. The whole team were friendly, professional and tidy, not afraid of any challenging questions. Brendan, Gav, Rich are always there in any situation. The building speed was quick compared to other building constructions companies. Brendan was really good at making sure the whole project ran smoothly and on schedule and the response from him was always quick. The after service was also top notch. I’m really pleased that I’ve chosen them to make my project real. Really grateful they’ve changed my quality of my life.

Bottom line? Working with Elliot Construction was a very positive experience and we would certainly consider using them again in the future and recommend them to others. Our project included knocking through a kitchen and dining room onto one space and pushing out the back of the house into a new extension to create a large kitchen diner, along with development of larger utility room. From start to finish we had the impression Elliots’ were “on the ball”, listening to understand our needs and very responsive whenever we had a query or an issue arose. Inevitably there were some issues as one would expect in any build but we were impressed at how these were handled by Gavin, Richard and Brendan and we felt we were in safe hands. Their individual work teams (ground work, joiners/fitters, roofers, electricians, plasterers, plumbers, glaziers and decorator Ben) arrived promptly onsite, maintained a tidy workplace, worked efficiently and competently and with a professional and courteous attitude. All were very accommodating and supportive to our needs during the work. Communication was generally excellent as was overall project management by Brendan. Many thanks to Gavin and the whole team for making things go smoothly and needless to say we are delighted with the finished build.

Elliott Construction built a single storey extension to our house. We’re very happy with it and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. Their quote was competitive, communication from Rich and Brendan was clear, and we had regular progress updates. The tradesmen were professional, they took pride in their work and were careful to clear up when done. Would definitely use them again.

Elliott Construction completed a two storey extension on our home and we couldn’t be happier. From the first meeting with Rich and Brendan to the final handover they were easy to deal with, honest, organised and you could tell they cared about getting things right. The finish is excellent throughout, the work and communication was excellent throughout and we are very, very glad we went with them for our project.

Elliott Construction recently carried out a renovation, small extension and internal re-ordering of our home. They were excellent throughout, working effectively with the architect and us, to ensure the finished result was in line with our vision, if not better. We would not hesitate to recommend them.

NOT YOUR AVERAGE BUILDERS!! Elliott construction undertook a major project for us and we are delighted with the results. they are a very professional team. Pre-work We looked at 5 different building companies and Elliotts were the only ones who came with a fully costed project plan and timeline from the first meeting. Before the building work started we purchased a caravan to live in onsite whilst the work was ongoing, the team helped us get this set up and installed a dedicated water and power supply to the van. During the build As with any project, things change as you progress, we made a few design changes along the way and again, the team at Elliotts worked with us and advised on how best to achieve the desired outcomes. One of the dreaded things with any project is that the builders wont turn up, in all honesty we lost around 2 days and this was only due to bad weather and on one occasion completely unforeseen circumstances which we were accepting of....but if anything we gained more days as some of the team worked over bank holidays (after checking we were ok with that). The site was left in great order every night which helped reduce the stress of the project too. The finished build is amazing and a family home that we absolutely love.

I recently used Elliotts for a project at my house in Cuddington. The team were professional, punctual and highly skilled in what they did. Communication was excellent throughout the project, and I was kept up to date every step of the way so that I could plan what I needed to plan around it. Their workmanship was excellent, and the project was completed on time. The site was kept clean and tidy, so as to keep disruption to a minimum. I highly recommend Elliott Construction to anyone looking for a reliable and high quality service.
