  Elvis was the first to reply, the first to be on site and I’m so happy he was. Critical leak was identified and he was able to come by and thoroughly inspect and repair our lead pipe leak. Extremely friendly, responsive with messages, knowledgeable and super clean when he finished. Highly recommend! Thanks Elvis.

  Professional, courteous, punctual, tidy and did a good job replacing three double fuelled bathroom radiators and replacing kitchen mixer tap (including fixing inverted pipe works).

  We recently used Elvis for our heating system, and we couldn’t be happier with the service. Our heating wasn’t working efficiently, and after British Gas couldn’t help and another plumber recommended replacing the boiler, we contacted Elvis. He was polite, friendly, and quickly diagnosed the problem—it was due to our single-panel radiators, which were over 30 years old. After accepting his quote and paying the deposit, Elvis promptly scheduled the work and got started. The job involved replacing multiple radiators, so it took about a week to complete. However, Elvis made sure our heating and hot water were back on every evening before he finished for the day. He worked extremely hard and installed the radiators very neatly. He also went above and beyond by moving our MagClean unit to a more accessible location for servicing. Thanks to Elvis, we now have a warm and cosy home. We highly recommend him!

  Elvis was with us the same morning of the initial emergency call and sourced the leak in the pipe. We also had a new boiler installed for a reasonable price and Elvis was prompt, accommodating and pleasant throughout.

  After having ongoing boiler problems Elvis advised us to replace our boiler. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was done properly for us. We will definitely be returning customers if we need anything.

  Elvis arrived promptly at the stated time and carried out the work with minimum disruption, quickly and efficiently, taking time to check everything was ok before leaving. He left everything clean and tidy, was polite and friendly and I would definitely recommend his services.

  Professional service and very helpful, he was on our property to check a breakdown on our combi boiler he defined what the problem is, he bought the material and bring back in perfect working order our boiler, he also did our en-suite refurbishment, is definitely someone to recommend and use if you want the job done in a high professional standards
