  Tom came out to help us with our electric hob and we couldn’t have asked for better service. He was friendly, professional, and clearly knew what he was doing. He took the time to properly investigate the problem and didn’t rush the job, making sure everything was sorted safely and thoroughly. What really impressed us was that he went above and beyond to help, checking a few extra things and making sure everything was working as it should before he left. It’s clear he genuinely cares about doing a good job. Really pleased with the service and wouldn’t hesitate to use Tom again. Highly recommended.

  Throughout my contact with Tom he was very professional and efficient, from submitting his initial quotation to the final installation of an EV Charger, and provision of the related certificates. He has a polite manner and was patient in dealing with my questions. He takes great care and pride in his work and I am happy to recommend him.

  It's very easy to be suspicious when you see as many 5-star reviews as Tom has, but I really can't fault him - he really is the real deal. 100% professional, informative, meticulous and responsive to his customers' needs without being pushy. He ran a couple of armoured cables from our consumer unit at the front of the house to the back of the property to supply power and internet to a new garden office for us. Clear pricing and transparency about costs and timings, all whilst being honest about best practices. Tom has never failed to reply to my messages and always leaves the space tidy wherever he works. I'm glad I've discovered him - we'll definitely get him back to do our new kitchen rewire when the time comes.

  I chose Ohmatic for my EICR because of the positive reviews and I wasn't disappointed. Tom responded very quickly to my request for a quote. He was happy to organise the appointments directly with my tenant and kept me informed. Tom took time to explain the issues to me and made additional safety recommendations without any pressure.

  Very grateful to Tom for helping me with my electrical issues on short notice. I had been putting off calling an electrician due to past experiences with unexpected charges, but Tom was able to fix everything quickly, at a very reasonable price, and even did more than I originally asked for. Highly recommended!
