  Matt made time to attend an emergency same day and get our fuse box safe and working again. Then returned to fit a brand new one on my request with upgraded components. Explained all the options clearly and provided a solution to all my concerns. Even more impressively, took the time to walk me through the setup and answering all my long list of questions. Further to that, he tested multiple electrical infrastructure points and fixed problems which were out of scope to the Job. Extremely impressed with the service and could not recommend highly enough! 5/5!

  Matt installed a 32A supply for a hot tub in our garden. Matt/Hako Electrical was recommended to us on a local Facebook group and we were not disappointed. From the very beginning of the process Matt was prompt at replying and arranging a site visit to discuss our requirements. He offered good advice and was open to suggestions. The quote was competitive and availability excellent, with the work carried out all within a couple of weeks. The installation itself was incredibly neat and exactly as discussed, with minimal questions on the day (just a few cosmetic queries) and we were more than happy leaving him to work knowing we’d be in good hands. Thank you very much for a professional and friendly service, we will undoubtedly use your services again.

  HAKO Electrical have been great at The Salvation Army- efficient, polite, friendly and really fairly priced. We had Matt come and PAT test our equipment, and he was so helpful and friendly, got on with the job and left no mess! A great company to work with, really trustworthy. I highly recommend Matt and already plan to have him back for some electrical installations! 👍

  I recently hired Matt from HAKO Electrical for some electrical work, and I couldn't be more impressed. From start to finish, Matt was fantastic to work with.   Matt Bird from Hako Electrical is a perfect example of how a trades person should be. Arrives on time. Does the job perfectly and leaves no mess. We have engaged Matt Bird on three occasions and his work is so efficient, it is hard to see where he has been. Nothing is too much trouble. He gets on with the job. He is very competitively priced. We never ask how much a job will cost as we are confident it will be to a high standard and never overpriced. We are happy to leave keys with him whilst we are out.
