  We had an electrical fault at home overnight. I contacted Peninsula first thing, having never used them before and finding them online. There was no messing about. Phil was at the house on the same day, diagnosed the problem, made everything safe for us and arranged a full repair. Clear unambiguous pricing, full explanation, perfect communication and swift, professional service. No up-selling, no waffle, just straightforward honesty and professionalism. Everything is fixed and safe for a very reasonable price. I highly recommend this company.

  Whilst their completion of renewing, &, replacing a broken light socket in our hallway recently was faultless costing £120. They were late however, in sending me their payment invoice, emailing it to me on its actual payment due deadline date instead of sending it to me much sooner after completion of the job, their failure in sending me their payment invoice any sooner resulting in landing me in it financially (this being recoverable, though, taking me longer than intended), having just purchased a brand new bed online (on the same day that Peninsula Electrical Services Ltd sent me their payment invoice) helping out a young lady, who, having chosen her bed, was stuck, being genuinely in need of it.

  Hi Peter, Apologies for the misunderstanding. The invoice was issued one week following job completion, and stated that a payment was due, not being enforced.   First class electrical service. Very professional and excellent value for money. Our Garden Studio was connected to the main electricity supply in no time.   Fantastic job from Peninsula in our facilities in Ellesmere Port. They refurbished our offices and did all the electric installation in our warehouse in a timely manner. Heads up to Phil and his team for a great job. Definitely recommend their services!
