  Ian came out to fix my shower and I couldn’t be happier with the service. He was professional, calm and very friendly. He quickly identified the issue and sorted it efficiently. Would absolutely recommend him

  Highly recommended! Ian fitted our new boiler and flushed our radiators through 2 weeks ago. No issues whatsoever. Very tidy worker, no mess left, turned up when planned. Seamless service and it all works perfectly. Very honest, we had agreed on a price and the boiler we were having went on sale prior to installation. Ian gave the reduction back to us! We weren’t even aware it was on sale so this was amazing. Have already recommended to friends and family, and will definitely be calling Ian for my annual service.

  Cowell has been out to my house three times now, they are polite and tidy and communicate well. The first time they came out I had just moved in to my house which I bought from some delinquents and had some questionable electrics that I was worried about; they fixed that straight away. They have fitted a new electric box thing and performed an electrical survey. Very pleased with the work. They were even good with my cat who at times can also be a delinquent.   We had a problem with our boiler hot water issues, my wife had given birth a few days ago. Ian came straight out, diagnosed and repaired the fault very quickly. I highly recommend this company 😊 very happy customer 👍

  Ian came out on a Saturday afternoon last minute for us after I messed the electrics up in the house, he came out and got them working again for us and then came back out Monday and changed all our sockets. Great service, reliable and punctual. Really saved us on the Saturday last minute. Thank you!!

  Ian and Luke fitted 3 radiators and multiple lights in the space of day! All work was carried out to a high standard and any mess was cleaned up afterwards.
