  Tony and Drew were courteous and helpful from the start, providing separate quotes for the long list of tasks, so I could choose to spread them over time if I wanted. They were clear when investigative works would have to be on a time spent basis and what the hourly charge would be. They came back multiple times to work out the right solution to the porch light, but kept to their quote. They fitted in tasks over the course of a day or two here and there, checking in to see when worked for me. They managed expectations on when large jobs were scheduled and came back to me afterwards proactively to arrange the next stage. They were very patient when I realised I'd forgotten to ask for something in the original quote and added it on without fuss. They were always responsive to calls / texts / e-mails. They always tidied up after themselves. Highly recommended and I will have them back when I get round to choosing new garden lights!
