  George was friendly, professional, and a pleasure to deal with throughout the entire job. His communication was excellent from start to finish, keeping us informed every step of the way. He worked tirelessly all day without stopping and showed great dedication to getting the work completed to a high standard. George also went above and beyond by ensuring that all the relevant EV charger providers and parties were contacted to obtain the necessary permissions before proceeding. His attention to detail, work ethic, and professionalism were outstanding. I would highly recommend George and would happily use his services again.

  Highly recommend this electrician in Bristol. We needed urgent electrical work completed on our home and the service was outstanding from start to finish. Professional, reliable and turned up on time. They carried out a full electrical installation, fault finding and consumer unit upgrade to a very high standard. Great communication, fair pricing and quality workmanship throughout.

  AVOID if you have cream k render walls and pride in your home as the finish is shocking. SO WHY DIDNT YOU USE SOME OF THE RENDER TO TIDY THE FINISH, AND STILL NOT EXPLAINED WHY YOU PLACED IT AWAY FROM THE ORIGINAL HOLES, AND YOU SHOULD HAVE USED CLEAR SEALANT - black sealant is not standard and it makes a mess. I’ve had to request someone else to inspect the work done by GW power solutions when fitting my new Ohme EV charger, and they agree the work is shockingly unprofessional. He did not fit the consumer unit over the holes where my previous charger was as per my request.he used strange hose pipe type conduit to hide the black cables despite the same conduit that previous professionals have used when fitting my solar panels, being available in Screwfix. And worst of all, he used black silicone on a cream wall and has left it all over my wall and electric meter box, it’s a mess, plug in stations advise they use clear silicone and a wet wipe so it is not visible, I could have done a better job myself. I’m appalled and pursing this with Ohme to try and fix the poor job. He even posted the poor work on his instagram page so you can see for yourself how bad it is.i also do not trust anyone on trust a trader/check a trader, poor workmanship, if they would decen5 they wouldn’t need to advertise themselves. I don’t care for excuses for a terrible job. He provided no explanation on how to set up the Ohme app either. I’ve also contacted EV made easy but had no response from them either. Irony is he has a cream walled house and said he would not expect anything less than a professional finish on his home - would you be happy with this on your home?!!!

  Thank you for the feedback. • White 25mm kopex was the only containment big enough to accommodate the EV ultra cable. White containment was fitted at your request, despite the charger and enclosure both being black. • Due to the requirement for minimal cable routes on show, the enclosure had to be positioned tight against the cupboard and drilling into the meter area for the tails was the most practical solution. You would not of been able to fit 2x 25mm meter tails and 1x 16mm earth in 20mm white conduit like the previous installers, it would of meant more 25mm Kopex • The new enclosure was smaller than the previous one, so some existing marks would have remained visible regardless. Any holes were patched in with weather proof sealant, the only option for colour matching would of been to paint over this or patch in with more of the original render • Black silicone was used against the black enclosure for external weather sealing, which is standard practice. • Comments were mentioned at the time of installation, and the points above were explained and acknowledged at the time. • The charger was fully commissioned and operational on departure. App setup, account creation, tariff selection and supplier details are customer-managed within the manufacturer’s app. • The installation was completed approximately a month ago and was left tested, compliant, and fully operational.

  I have used George on a number of occasions for various different jobs and he is very good at what he does. A good communicator, works tidily and most importantly it all works well when he has been. I would recommend.

  George impressed us with his friendly and professional manner throughout the entire visit. He arrived promptly, took the time to thoroughly explain the electrical work he would be doing, and ensured everything was completed to an excellent standard. His attention to detail was evident in the neat and tidy finish, and he made sure to test all installations before leaving to guarantee everything was working perfectly. We appreciated how George cleaned up afterwards, leaving the space spotless, and his willingness to answer any questions demonstrated his commitment to customer satisfaction.
