  Joe was understanding and polite on the phone, quoting and arranging the job very easily. Dean was fantastic, very polite, clean and efficient, changed capsule lights and ceiling lights promptly despite it being a fiddly job. Overall, a very satisfied customer = repeat business.   I am hugely impressed By Mack Electrical. I am a very small business and yet , even when I need a job done very quickly, they manage to fit the job in. The revenue they earn from the jobs I give them, is obviously much smaller than their big commercial projects and yet I feel as valued, as a client by them and that's rare! Their staff are very helpful, friendly and efficient. I would definitely recommend!

  A young man attended an appointment in our house regarding some faulty sockets. At first, I had doubts about him and if he was experienced enough for the task. I was amazed!!! He was so good. He talked and explained to me about what he would do, he was extremely helpful answering my questions and the most important he was polite and smiley. He was on time finishing the task as he said he would. I can't recommend highly enough Mack Electrical. They are just amazing!!!.

  Thank you very much for the amazing service you and your team provided. From the first phone call to the efficient Simpson & Co installation. I’m so pleased we went with you and feel like you did the best possible work. We are so impressed by it all and thank you so so much. The charger looks great and feels very secure. I finally got my car last and plugged it in and it’s now at 100% charge thanks to Mack Electrical LTD, ready for our drive to Devon this morning!
