  Empower Energy/Good Energy - would give 6 stars if possible. Our solar panels needed to be temporarily removed and reinstated. Rob Mays is incredibly knowledgeable, informative and provided superb customer service. The team recommended and seamlessly carried out upgrades and improvements. The onsite team of Carl, Maciej, Chris and Vitaly were knowledgeable, polite, helpful and careful and Pete the electrician was excellent!. The office team of Shelley and Harriet were always helpful and supportive throughout the process . Many thanks to all the team for your help, guidance and support with our system.

  Well all I can say is an amazing installation by Chris, Sean and Tom from Empower they arrived on time, completed the installation to a high standard and tidied everything up! Total A-Team you won’t find better installers.

  Empower have very good installation teams; they are polite, efficient and complete the job neatly and quickly. I am also impressed with the company's after-sales care which has been useful and comprehensive.

  From start to finish, Empower Energy have proven to be knowledgeable and easy to do business with. I've had a PV system for about 8 years with the initial purchase being driven by the FIT incentive. This deployment comprised of 16 x Panasonic panels linked to an SMA Sunny Boy inverter (this was supplied and installed by a different company no longer in business), 4Kw system in total. Just before Christmas 2023 I decided I'd like to purchase a Powerwall 2 battery system ..... driven by PV generation combined with Octopus Go cheap off-peak tariff. I submitted my enquiry via the Tesla website. Within 24 hours Jonny had made contact and handled all of my question professionally and with a depth of product understanding (some of my questions I knew the answers, they were a test 😀) Rob led the supply and installation today - a calm, methodical deployment proving they had done this many times prior. A great job. 1 x Powerwall 2 with Gateway. My next step (Subject to grid approvals) is for a 2nd Powerwall 2 combined with 2nd deployment of solar panels (likely 6 to 8) and a 2nd inverter. No hesitation in recommending Empower Energy.

  We hired Empower Energy to install 22 solar panels at our period (c. 1850) farmhouse. The team were excellent throughout and the system was installed and commissioned to plan. One of the key concerns we had at the outset was that solar panels would detract from the ‘period’ charm of the property - we went for the ‘in-tray’ panel solution and the final results are fabulous. Not only does the installation look aesthetically pleasing, the SolarEdge solar solution is generating electricity with their high output panels. Delivered to budget and we would recommend this company.

  Brilliant install, very knowledgeable and the install team were polite and through. Showing me all round the use of the system. Empower were recommended to me and I have done the same to others! Survey was superb helping me with what I needed rather than what I wanted saving me Money: great honesty

  A company that only delivers what it thinks it had to. Having been sold a maintenance package for solar panels, I was concerned to learn that not only was the “maintenance” aspect unnecessary in my circumstances, but when they turned up to carry out the service, they didn’t have deionised water, only one operative, who couldn’t see the solar panels to clean them and little other work done. You get a reminder for your annual premium more quickly than getting your service booked in!

  We are sorry to hear you were dissatisfied Mark - Having so many 5 star reviews we were upset to read yours. Our maintenance does carry out an MOT on your system alongside us monitoring it in-house. In relation to the deionised water, our teams do have a filtration pump which is connected to the water tank and whilst it may appear deionized water isn't pumped from the tank it does come via the filter as deionized.

  Last week Empower Energy installed Solar Panels on my property. A day before the install commenced the scaffolding was erected efficiently and tidily by a very friendly team. When the Empower team arrived I was extremely impressed with the professionalism, enthusiasm, camaraderie and work ethic of the whole team. My installation was quite large and I had 5 people working during the install. All of them worked well as a team and helped each other out as the work proceeded. Their standard of workmanship from the elements that I was able to observe was excellent and they were able to install the system with minimal internal disruption. I will be recommending Empower to my neighbours, some of whom may choose to adopt solar and who were previously concerned about internal wiring and cabling. I will be able to show them first hand that nothing is visible internally. An outstanding job.
